Our Directors founded Rangzen Pro to offer a more ethical way of delivering construction projects, partnering with our clients and genuinely working to support and achieve their desired outcomes. Judith has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry, including extensive experience in community, heritage and public building projects. Judith provides strong, effective project leadership throughout the entire life of a project, from feasibility and design through to handover of the completed building.

As a registered architect, Judith is particularly skilled in design management, ensuring projects are set up from the beginning to be successful.

Director

Hayley has twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, working for project management companies and main contractors, on projects such as religious facilities, community buildings and complex residential projects.

Hayley is passionate about the construction industry and assisting clients through the process, from concept to realisation.

Hayley provides an organised and detail focus to project management, ensuring that project requirements are completed to the highest standard and nothing “slips through the gaps”.

Hayley is a Chartered Building Professional.

Senior Project Manager

Regan has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry both on site and in the project management office. Regan has managed a variety of projects from schools, medical facilities, aged care homes, retirement villages and community housing.

Regan enjoys building working relationships to better understand clients and works to see their requirements are met and exceeded.

Outside the office, Regan is a proud member of the Rangiora volunteer fire brigade and dedicated father of two.

Simon has over thirty-five years’ experience in the construction industry. With a background in architecture and building surveying he utilises this understanding of design and construction to successfully manage projects. Simon has experience in a wide range of projects including health, education and community housing.

Simon builds strong and productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to create projects the whole team can be proud of.

Project Manager

Kaylie is an enthusiastic Project Manager with keen attention to detail. With ten years’ experience in project management Kaylie has worked on a variety of projects including, commercial new-builds and renovations, as well as community housing developments. 

Kaylie likes to ensure the projects transition smoothly through each phase while working closely with the project team to remove any obstacles to progress. Focused on clear communications, budget management and keeping client fully informed on all aspects of their project.

Wieb has worked in the construction industry for many years and enjoys sharing his extensive construction knowledge. He is focused on looking after the client’s best interests and to working to achieve their goals.

Wieb’s role is site focused, reviewing programme, health and safety and quality during the construction stage of projects.
